ELIGIBILITY:
· All Teleperformance employees with the exception of:
o Recruitment and C&M – Sourcing departments
o Manager level and up
MECHANICS:
· A team should be composed of 5 members and an employee is eligible to join only 1 group.
· Registration is from Feb 1 to Feb 18, 2012. Team leader can submit the names and contact details of his friends and identify the name of their team thru bringabuddy@teleperformance.com.
· A team can be composed of members from different sites and departments.
· Once names have been submitted this is deemed final and no changes can be made.
· Winning team will be determined on the most number of *hired agent referrals
o *Hired agent referral means the referral passed the 1st week of Training and was hired within the promo period.
o For every hired agent referral, a team gets 1 point.
o The more referrals the team members have, the more points the team gets!
· There will be 3 winning teams:
o 1st Place – P100,000
o 2nd Place – P60,000
o 3rd Place – P40,000
· In the event of a tie, winning teams will share the cash prize.
· Teams can check their running totals updated weekly on the BaB page at mytpnet.com.
· Winning teams will be awarded on April 9, 2012.
· The “BaB-kada Challenge” is on top of the current Php 15,000 referral incentive.
